You should sync your device to display the correct time when you change time zones and when daylight saving time begins or ends. Confirm that your mobile device displays the correct local time. Sync your device to the mobile device ( Syncing Your Data with the Garmin Connect App ). The time and date update automatically. Do this through Settings > System > Date & time. Select the button next to Set time automatically to trigger it. If this is already turned on, turn it off, restart your phone, and then turn it back on. Set the time manually. It's the reverse of step 2, so return to that screen, turn off Set time automatically, and manually fill out the Time Setting the Time Manually.
