No, the PS3/Xbox360 versions will not have splitscreen. I just saw some images of the Wii port and they have upto 4 player splitscreen though.. thats pretty funny. I guess thats what you can get when you give up HD graphics. The Wii version is by a different developer and plays totally different.
No split-screen multiplayer unfortunately. Apparently game developers have forgotten that some of us have real life friends and prefer playing against them locally than playing against some stranger online that will do everything to piss everybody off.

joder666 is correct. You can't LAN this game. There is only an option for online. There are also only 2 menu's that don't require an internet connection, and that is career mode and settings.
